Talking Beer

Mick Stewart was the former Head Brewer of SAB. He was a fountain of wisdom and was never happier than when he was sharing his hard earned knowledge with the trainees. Mick was taken from us too young in 1999. I’m proud to have known him as a friend. He taught me so much.

Each month or so, we would like to include a short article on beer or brewing. It can be from any point of view whether technical or not important. Just as long as it is of interest and to do with beer.
